Dear all,

Since the planned shutdown of electricity supply scheduled on Saturday,August 9 may cause authentication expiration of your computer connection,there is a possibility that you cannot find network connection when you come back to the campus after the university summer holidays on and after Thursday, August 14.

In that case, take the following steps to renew your authentication:
1. Access to the URL http://1.1.1.1/
2. Input your computer account number and RAS password

センターシステムの緊急停止について

総合情報コラボレーションセンターシステムのハードウェア装置の一部に故障が見
つかりました。

利用者の皆様への安定的なサービス提供を最優先に行うため、故障した装置の緊急交換を
実施します。センターでは故障発見後、直ちに故障した装置の入手と、緊急交換作業の手
配をしました。下記のとおりシステムを停止し、部品の交換を実施します。

作業中は全てのサービスが停止するため、ご迷惑をおかけしますが、ご理解ご協力をお願
します。

内容：上記作業時間中、ネットワークを含む全てのサービスが停止します。

【施設課】夏季一斉休業中の各建物立入り制限について

The rise in the utility costs due to the soaring crude oil prices has been affecting heavily on our budget. Considering this situation, TUFS has decided to put some restrictions on the  entry to the buildings on our campus during the overall summer holidays period (August 11th to 13th) including the preceding Sunday, the 10th.

Period and time:
August 9th (Sat) five p.m.      Buildings will be locked
August 14th (Thu) seven a.m.    Buildings will be unlocked

Object of restrictions: Whole TUFS buildings on Fuchu campus, except International Residence Halls

The way of restrictions: Entrances of buildings are locked.
(You cannot enter with the campus cards during this period)

In case of an emergency, please visit the guard's room on the first floor of the Administration Offices Building.

To check the high-voltage electric transforming system, there will be the interruption of the electric power supply on Saturday, August 9th except International Residence Halls.
Please pull out the plugs of electrical appliances, such as personal computers, televisions and copy machines during the above-mentioned summer holiday period to avoid the unnecessary consumption of electricity during your absence.

In addition, inquiry about the subscription of domestic periodical will be performed in February next year.

2009年外国雑誌購読希望調査について（依頼）

常勤教員、AA研文献資料担当、各研究所代表　各位

平成20年6月20日

附属図書館

教員研究費で購読する外国雑誌（新聞を含む）について、（１）2009年の新規購読希望の有無、および、（２）2008年購読中タイトルの継続／中止の別につき下記により調査を実施します。

つきましては、メールボックス投函の回答用紙に記入の上、7月17日（木）までに、附属図書館雑誌情報係までご提出をお願い申し上げます。

また今年度の教員研究費執行にあたっては、購読中タイトルリストの「価格2008」欄の予定金額を含んだ上で執行計画をたてて下さるようお願いいたします。（年度末に予算不足をきたす事例が発生しています。）

なお、国内雑誌については、来年２月頃に別途、購読希望調査を実施予定です。

＊期限に遅れたときは、来年度の契約ができなくなる場合がありますので、ご注意願います。また連絡がつかない場合には、原則、2009年も継続扱いとします。
